I can understand, that sometimes in your life, all you have is a disaster, mental stress, burnout, heartbreaks, failures and say, what not? I have been into this situation in my past and also, sometimes I dwell on this still in my present.

But what I have learned from my experience is when you have all negative things around, there is still something that is good. You still have something positive in your life.

Maybe little, maybe very simple and ordinary it seems to you. Yet, these are the things that make you smile, and give you the hope to start over.

Open yourself to people you love:

This is one thing that can turn your gloomy days into the most memorable days with joy and happiness. Sometimes, when we go through suffering or loneliness, negative thoughts start surrounding us more.

But, at that time, all we need is to talk to someone we love. This someone could be your mother, your father, your sibling, your best friend, or someone who holds a special space in your heart.

Opening up to your dear ones can ease your thoughts and boost your spirit high to look for new opportunities. Along with this, there is a chance that you can find a solution to your problems.

Therefore, on your tough days, opening up your inner turmoil to your loved ones, and sharing the restlessness with them will be extremely helpful to shift your negative thoughts to positive ones.

For this purpose, you can write in your journal, use positive affirmations, and practice gratitude every day.

Along with this, try to shift the way you talk to yourself. For example, if you want to tell yourself, “I am not worthy of this job.” Instead of telling this, try to tell yourself, “The job seems hard to do, but I have faith in my abilities, let me try doing this.”
