Maybe this life is all about finding the beauty in fallen leaves,
Maybe this life is all about finding the glimpse,
Of life’s shattered hues,
and some hidden meanings.
Maybe this life is all about savouring a meal,
Maybe this life is all about touching the sunbeams,
Or maybe, this life is all about,
finding the way to live.
I have been participating in the biggest blogging challenge, the A to Z Blogging Challenge for the last two years. This is my third year in this challenge.
In 2020, I chose the theme of Journey and it was a journey to reveal the inner power. All the 25 posts (except one) were turned into an eBook and finally, I brought out it as my debut book, You Are Blooming.
In 2021, I chose the theme More Peace, More Calm. It was a series consisting of 26 posts that were a part of the process of finding peace and calm amidst the everyday moments of life.
Each day, I shared a tiny meditation, some positive affirmations and journaling prompt, beginning the day with a beautiful quote.
The whole process was about finding some moments of calm amidst the chaos of life and having a quick meditation to find your inner peace. The series is also available on my podcast.
This year, I am choosing the theme of finding some time to be with peace and calm amidst daily life.
“The Art of Life: When Wanderlust Reveals the Secrets of Well-being” is my theme for A to Z Blogging Challenge 2022.
Amidst the search for a blissful life, often, we forget to live this life. Though we all know the truth that we live for once, and we live to the fullest.
Then why should we focus only on life, but not living?
Most of us prefer to live life with all the things that give us comfort. We work more to gain more comfort. Often we forget to take a break amidst the hectic work schedule.
But we don’t know how important is this act of stop and stare, and often, this is considered as an art of life.
Similarly, we can find inner peace while being lost in the lap of nature, simply enjoying the bird song and bathing in the forest sunrise.
Recovering from your brokenness is essential, however, we can do this along with embracing our flaws and imperfections, and accepting ourselves in the way we are.
But what we often forget is that they are not only an inevitable part of life but also, they are all beautiful art of life, indeed!
In the same way, I found that walking beside the river on a moonlit night, watching the reflection of the silvery moon can give you calm and bliss.
Similarly, just turning off your phone and going on a vacation can also give us much-oriented peace of mind.
I research the ways of finding peace in our everyday moments. I really like to work on the theme of finding calm amidst the hustle of life. The more I research, the more I come to know the truth that there is peace in little things, and we can find happiness in the ordinary moments, that may seem nothing to give such importance.
But the truth is, these mundane things can help you come alive from the long passage of despair, and bring you happiness in the most surprising way.
And within these moments, there will be a glimpse of your blissful self. The still, calm self of you that has been always with you, even to your utmost ignorance, too.
All you need is to stop, stare, and embrace the art of life.
I am bringing you Twenty Six ways of finding happiness in the little things, adding some twists with wanderlust to reveal to us the secrets of well-being.
Let this April make us learn the art of life.
Happy April to everyone!
